had an issue with this item
handle came apart. I contacted the vender and they were quick to respond. I stated that this was newer item I had purchased earlier in the year. they were quick to respond that the item would be replace. very good response.

Best hose ever
Bought this hose two years ago and another last year. It is hands down the best hose ever. I have since purchased one more for another property and got two friends to purchase one as well. It’s light, never kinks and it really does shrink back to its original size when you drain the water out Had a slight problem with the the sprayer I got last year and company was very responsive. I won’t use any other hose
