Refund Info

Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. 

Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. 

Pocket Hose will not be responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees).
